Asia Pacific Theological Seminary E-Learning

A critical examination of three components of Pentecostal mission: theological
(including biblical and historically shaped theological) foundations; historical (based
on the last hundred years of missionary history of major Pentecostal traditions, in
the West and non-West) development, and issues in practical aspects of Pentecostal mission often experienced in actual missionary situations. The latter includes, but is not limited to, Pentecostal mission strategies (such as “Indigenous Church Principle”), missionary approaches to issues such as contextualization, and others. Discussions also include new opportunities and challenges for Asian Pentecostal/Charismatic Christianity in fulfilling the missionary mandate of the Church.
